Jennifer Moffitt, LA.c
Dr. Jennifer Moffitt has dedicated over 30 years to researching integrative medicine and intuitive energy healing. Formerly a research scientist at UC Davis, she skillfully combines Eastern and Western medical practices to support the body, mind, and spirit. Specializing in advanced neurological issues and trauma, her expertise includes developmental neuropsychology and oriental medicine. Dr. Moffitt's personal recovery from a catastrophic diagnosis during COVID-19 led to her doctoral work and the development of Polyvagal Acupuncture™, integrating TCM with polyvagal theory and clinical neuroscience to treat childhood developmental trauma, PTSD, and neurogenic diseases.
An experienced educator, Dr. Moffitt has been a clinical lecturer at UCSD, SDSU, and UABC in Mexico, and has taught advanced billing, practice management, and integrative pain management. She is also involved in Project VIDAII, providing free medical care to underserved populations in Mexico. Currently, she is creating trauma-informed curriculum for emergency services training and serves as an NCCAOM PDA Course Provider and California CME provider.
