COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Gain a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of POTS and other neurological conditions. Learn to identify key factors for referral and manage symptoms using Chinese herbs, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle interventions. This course teaches you to identify autonomic and other neurological disorders through detailed history, symptomology, and appropriate in-office and laboratory testing. You will create and implement customized treatment plans utilizing Chinese herbs, functional medicine, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle interventions. Discover the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in regulating the nervous system without suppression or stimulation, making it especially effective for autonomic disorders like POTS and conditions involving tremors or tics. This course is part four of an engaging four-part series offered by Dr. Shark, where each class builds upon the previous one to deepen your expertise. For the best learning experience, it is recommended to take them in chronological order.

    • Develop and implement treatment plans that use Chinese herbs, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle interventions to manage neurological symptoms effectively.
    • Apply Chinese medical principles to regulate the nervous system, addressing autonomic disorders and conditions involving tremors or tics with an understanding of Liver function.
