COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course delves into the hidden impacts of food toxins, allergies, and intolerances on organ and meridian function, providing a crucial foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Participants will explore how specific food groups and toxins affect the body, learn to identify and recommend appropriate testing for food allergies and intolerances, and discover palpation-based methods to determine beneficial and detrimental foods. Additionally, the course will guide practitioners in creating basic meal plans that align with TCM pattern diagnosis, enhancing the effectiveness of acupuncture, herbal treatments, and supplements.

Upon completion of this course, practitioners will:

  • Understand how food groups and toxins influence organ and meridian function within the TCM framework.
  • Identify when and how to recommend various food allergy and intolerance tests for different patient profiles.
  • Learn palpation and pulse-testing techniques to identify foods that support or hinder a patient’s health based on TCM principles.
  • Develop basic meal plans tailored to TCM pattern diagnosis and organ dysfunction to support overall patient well-being.
