Additionally, the course will guide practitioners in creating basic meal plans that align with TCM pattern diagnosis, enhancing the effectiveness of acupuncture, herbal treatments, and supplements.

Upon completion of this course, practitioners will:

• Understand how food groups and toxins influence organ and meridian function within the TCM framework.
• Identify when and how to recommend various food allergy and intolerance tests for different patient profiles.
• Learn palpation and pulse-testing techniques to identify foods that support or hinder a patient’s health based on TCM principles.
