Ying Xu, Esq.

Ying Xu majored in German in undergrad and graduate school and then graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Ying has been working for the Law Offices of Eric K. Chen since 2007, heading up the California office and primarily focusing on personal injury cases. Ying also handles many medical malpractice, automobile collisions, animal bite, and premises liability cases. Ying has gained valuable family and landlord/tenant law experience in her prior employment at Turek Law Offices and Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino County. Ying is a proud active member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association of Justice, Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. In Ying’s spare time, she enjoys family time with her husband and children, cooking, reading, and shopping for antiques.
