Sergei Shaginyan, L.Ac.

Dr. Sergei Shaginyan is a MD licensed to practice medicine in the former USSR. He received his medical degree at the Moscow Medical School, the highest ranked school in Russia, where he trained in a number of specialties, including psychiatry, pediatrics and neurology and completed his PhD on neurology/neurophysiology in 1988. Dr. Shaginyan is also trained in herbology, healing and integrative medicine as well as radioestesy (dowsing). In California, Dr. Shaginyan is licensed to practice acupuncture and herbology and is nationally board-certified by the National Certification Commission in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He has published over 30 articles on alternative medicine and has been a guest in a number of radio and TV shows.

He is faculty member of Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine and former faculty member of Yo San University and AUCM (American University of Complementary Medicine).
