Scotty Hudson was originally trained in anthropology, and his area of concentration was the development of the human brain. Since obtaining his acupuncture license in 2007, he has spent the past 15 years conducting research on the mechanisms of action of acupuncture as well as an evidence-based understanding of the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In addition to teaching Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine for the past ten years, Scotty has experience working in outpatient psychiatry.
