Kimberly (Kimmi) McMinn has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 2011. She is NCCAOM Board certified and is licensed to practice TCM in the State of Texas. Kimmi was Valedictorian of her class at Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Prior to Chinese Medicine, Kimmi was working as a public health expert and humanitarian aid worker for multiple international and local agencies. She has Master of Public Health in Infectious Disease from Tulane University. In addition, she has a BS in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She has worked internationally in Moldova, Kenya, Morocco, Jordan and Liberia providing important public health trainings.
In 2010, Kimmi provided emergency response in post-Katrina New Orleans working for international aid agencies and then locally for a healthcare for the homeless community medical organization. In 2015, Kimmi went to Nepal to volunteer with a medical clinic for Earthquake response. She was also a Peace Corps Volunteer in both the Republic of Moldova and Liberia providing various health and community development programming. She has a passion for providing outstanding medical care to all patients. She loves providing access to Chinese Medicine and healthy living here in the Austin area.
