Geri Quintero, LAc., earned a Master's degree in TCM from Five Branches Institute in 1997. Since then she has run a rural acupuncture practice in the mountains of far Northern California. A primary focus in her practice is "Food as Medicine". She is a Certified GAPS/Gut and Psychology practitioner combining healing diet of nourishing foods with Chinese Medicine. She studied Traditional Chinese dietetics with Liu Ming, who often reminded students about 'Feeding our Ancestors' as part of Chinese Medicine.
