Ellen Goldsmith, MSOM, L.Ac., Dip.C.H.

Ellen Goldsmith is a nationally board-certified and licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, educator, and author with over two decades of experience in Chinese medicine. She is the author of Nutritional Healing with Chinese Medicine: 175+ Recipes for Optimal Health, a book that brings the nourishing wisdom of Chinese medicine into everyday life, particularly in the kitchen, where healing begins. Since 1999, Ellen has maintained a private practice, where her integrative, body-centered approach helps individuals tap into their innate power to overcome challenges and heal. Her diverse clientele ranges from AIDS patients and trauma survivors to performing artists and high-functioning professionals.

In addition to her clinical work, Ellen is a respected educator, serving as senior faculty at the National University of Natural Medicine's College of Classical Chinese Medicine since 2004 and at the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine since 2016. She has also taught at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and has been a lecturer and frequent speaker at institutions such as the Charles B Wang Center and George Washington University's Access Integrative Medicine program.
