Denise Ellinger, L.Ac.

Denise Ellinger, L.Ac. has passionately been teaching Cosmetic Rejuvenation Acupuncture nationally and internationally since 2003. She is the founder and teacher of the Cosmetic Rejuvenation Acupuncture System(™) offered as "The ABC's of Cosmetic Acupuncture for the Face, Neck, Breasts and Abdomen and co-founder of the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System (™).

Prior to receiving her TCM education, Denise worked in the field of Plastic Surgery for twenty years, both administratively and as a surgical scrub. Her training and 20 years experience working with plastic surgeons created a unique background for understanding and teaching Cosmetic Acupuncture. She is able to speak to patients and practitioners from both the Western and Eastern perspectives. An important part of this process is understanding the Face in that it is a road map to the life lived. Educating acupuncturists and the public about "a natural way to beauty" is the impetus behind her teaching.

Based in Denver, Denise is nationally certified by NCCAOM and licensed to practice in the state of Colorado. She received her training at the Colorado School for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver where she is currently on the faculty as an instructor and supervisor, President Emeritus of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado and an approved Cosmetic Acupuncture instructor of the American Acupuncture Council. Published in AcuFinder Magazine for anti-aging and co-author of the book “You Don’t Need Botox! Defy Aging the Natural Healthy Way, Denise focuses her practice on Anti-Aging and Chronic conditions.
