Alexa Bradley Hulsey is a graduate of Yo San University in Los Angeles and has been practicing acupuncture since 2005. In 2010 she opened Encircle Acupuncture, a community acupuncture clinic in Nashville, TN, with the mission to bring the benefits of acupuncture and TCM to more people by making services affordable and accessible. In the ensuing years, her clinic has expanded to encompass two locations and a staff of multiple acupuncturists. Encircle has provided over 200,000 affordable acupuncture treatments since its founding and is one of the busiest community acupuncture clinics in North America. In 2020 she was named one of Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence, in the Trailblazer category.
She is also the co-creator of Open ACU, an integrated online appointment scheduling and EHR software system designed for acupuncturists.
Alexa's podcast, Notes from Your Acupuncturist, and its accompanying newsletter on Substack, features conversations with colleagues and reflections on acupuncture, complementary medicine, holistic health and self-care.
Her newest project is Community Acu Hub, an online resource center for community acupuncturists.
Hello, I already practice in a community acupuncture setting. I am interested mostly in understanding your point selection and learning new protocols as I find myself repeating a lot of the same points given the limitations of accessibiilty due to patient's clothing. Do you think it necessary to attend Part One or will I be able to get this information by attending Part 2 only?
Nice Presentation

Alexa Hulsey, LAc. has made a very nice informative class on Infection Prevention Clinic Plan. It helps for confidence building to re-open the clinic. Perhaps we are familiar with the idea, but it really helps to review and get determined to follow a clear plan. Thank you very much.
