In Part IV of the Moving Blockages series, Heather Bruce explores the role we play as traditional and natural health care professionals integrating ancient teachings into today’s modern medicine. Returning to world-sourced traditions, granting sovereignty in taking back the spirit ramblings, removing the possessed states, and by encouraging the Shen to become the driver, not a passenger or an observer in life, may mean the difference in soulful outcomes, or the continuation of chronic lifelong ill health – on an individual, and on a planetary scale.

In this course, Heather explains how the nutritional and physiological effects of living in the modern world and how it shows in the manifestations of the often challenging and very complicated problems seen currently. The consequences of the invasion of our tissues by the permanent residues of chemicals from all sources, and the lodging of experiences that the physical was not designed to carry, mean we may need to step away from the medical classics, into more esoteric, and more modern interpretations of what works (and why).

We explore our place in becoming agents of change, in inspiring independence of thought, by our own stepping up then allowing those who seek our care to also become more Self-aware. The role of orthodox nocebo (opposite of placebo), and the medicalized reliance on negative thought-forms to do business (“your body will only survive if we . . . (insert whatever fear driven campaign you wish here)” and the insidiousness of the dominant medical paradigm will be uncovered.

The epidemic of hopelessness, pervasive sense of futility, and the childlike dependence on external “experts” may need to be brushed aside as we look to what is fueling the loss of individual direction, the self harm, and the suicide we see reflected in our patients and our own lives. Through holistic acupuncture, past focusing on gross pathologies, organ functioning and simplistic point prescriptions, we may tap into why a person seemingly recycles back through suffering.

By unraveling many apparently complicated case histories, we discover how a person’s life sets them up - the birth and pre-birth traumas (through maternal incidents), how the birthing journey and the very early experiences shape all of who a person then can be, and how by reframing these inner libraries, we may uncover our soul purpose. Extensive case stories (on video) and what can be done to undo what is happening will be part of the presentation.

In summary, Heather shares how we can find the root cause of disease so that natural healing can take place. Participants will learn how nutritional and psychological effects manifest on the physical body, how to educate patients to be better aware of their health, and the media’s strong influence on the definition of “healthy”. In addition, Heather will be sharing complicated case studies that demonstrate how traumas through life (from birth to present) may contribute to illness and suffering. It is by uncovering the root cause, can the patient truly begin to heal.
