COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Discover the practice of Baby Tui-Na rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, designed to nurture infants' health and development. Drawing upon principles such as yin-yang and the five elements, as well as the theory of viscera and meridians, this course guides practitioners through techniques aimed at stimulating acupuncture points to promote the smooth flow of meridians and the circulation of qi and blood. By adjusting the functions of the viscera, this course on Baby Tui-Na will teach you how to treat digestive symptoms and support overall well-being.

During the crucial period post-birth, infants must establish normal Spleen and Stomach functions for effective nutrient absorption, growth, and development. Through proper Tui-Na techniques tailored to infants' needs, practitioners can enhance digestive function and alleviate discomfort symptoms like vomiting, constipation, stagnation, salivation, poor appetite, anorexia and Gan Ji. Baby Tui-Na offers a gentle yet effective approach to infant care. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of common digestive discomforts in infants, practical demonstrations, real case studies, and systematic explanations, empowering practitioners to apply Baby Tui-Na techniques confidently in both home and clinical settings for optimal infant health and wellness.

Upon completion of this course, practitioners will:

  • Understand the general constitution of babies
  • Learn how to identify the nature of the discomfort symptoms of the digestive system in babies
  • Develop a deep understanding of the protocol and techniques for Baby Tui-Na
